Summary of work

This position works in the parcel center serving customers and coordinates the center’s administrative activities.
He/she may be responsible for the training and development of the administrative employees of the center where these employees are assigned, and will direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

Provides exceptional customer service to walk-in customers and telephone enquiries.
Takes ownership of customer’s shipping needs and proposes viable solutions.
Takes steps to learn about all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
Operates all equipment, software and devices and trains others.
Maintains a clean, organized and safe work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift over 40 lbs/18+ kg.
Availability to work flexible hours, up to 5 days a week.
