The North Webster Community Public Library welcomes three new staff members this month.
Amanda Demster graduated from Bethel College in 2008 with a degree in English. She previously worked in journalism, then at the Warsaw Community Public Library, where she discovered her passion for library work. Demster looks forward to joining the NWCPL staff and getting to know the community.
After studying creative writing and classic literature at Purdue University, Hanna Kunkel moved to North Webster in 2019. She previously worked as a teen program specialist at a summer camp in southern Indiana. . Kunkel is excited to develop teen programs and get to know the North Webster community better.
Ashton Seitz comes from Lynn. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in English as a Second Language. Ashton says she looks forward to being on staff and meeting North Webster’s customers.
The North Webster Community Public Library is moving forward normally with programs and services that depend on the recommendation of the Indiana Department of Health. Watch for more fun programs as we may get together again.

Babies and Toddlers Hour – 11 a.m. Tuesdays. Explore books, stories and songs with your baby or toddler.
Let’s Move dance class — 6 p.m. on Thursdays, April 7, 14 and 21. Have fun dancing to get in shape. Learn new dance moves while working out. The course is free and open to adults of all levels.
Friends of the Library book sale on Thursday, April 28 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, April 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Family Movie Time – 5 p.m. Thursday, April 28. In this adaptation of a classic novel, a young girl is suddenly orphaned and sent to live with her retired uncle. Feeling neglected, she begins to explore the grounds of her new home and soon discovers the magic – and the secrets – that surround her.
